domain or range

okay so even though 3rd hour has been amazing i still am having some problems with domain and range. is domain x or y

    Domain is x.
    Range is y.

    So what about domain and range is tricky for you? The domain is the set of possible x values and the range is the set of possible y values. Think input/output for domain/range. Was there a particular set of functions that was difficult for you to calculate the domain?
