Quadratics B.O.B.

I was gone for almost the entire time this unit was taught so naturally, I felt that this unit was a little challenging.   However, I managed to do very good on the test.  I feel like I did because I worked very hard to catch back up but took my time in order to figure concepts out.  For some reason, no matter what they are about, I always had trouble with the farmer Ted Problems.  I don’t know what he has against me, but I never understood them.  I realized that the reason I had so much problem with them is because I kept forgetting what the variables stood for.  With this unit, this was a major difficulty because there was no way I could do the problems without understanding what the numbers meant.  Once I finally figured out what the numbers stood for in the problem, I had not troubles with completing it.
