Letter to 40 year old Me

                                                                                                                                 September 17, 2035

Dear Quincie,

You should be receiving this letter exactly 23 years from now. in that time you should of gotten a minimum of 30 on the ACT been valedictorian and gone to a remarkable school on a very large scholarship. As for the extra exspenses through college I would exspect you to either grow a few inches and be a temporary model or design creative cakes. I'm sure your colege years were the best of our life, which I'm sure you will tell me about. At the age of 40 you should be with the love of your life and well on to one of the many career paths I have yet to deside. Whatever it is I hope your making enough money to land the house of our dreams with the spiral staircase in the middle next to a lake somewhere in the country. by this time i would hope you have been to at least 20 Detroit Lions games (one of them being them winning the super bowl). I would also hope that by now you have a couple kids you have the same ambition we do. Don't forget to put your daughter in dance! I still wish we would of never quit when we were 3.  I hope you never gave up the dream to own a number of classic cars from the 40s-60s. You should have at least 5 by now (including our grandparents DeLorean). Also it would be extremely important to have attained our dream car which is a 1969 mustang fastback. In the next 23 years I hope everything we have dreamed comes true. I know that the future me can do it and I'm doing everything i can to make sure the future is bright. I would love to know how things are going for you! If there is anyway you can get back to me please do.

Sincerly your 17 year old self,

                                                                                                                                   Quincie

  2. Wow. You do have a lot to look forward to and that makes me happy. I believe you could still take up dance again, even though it may be more difficult. Seeing the Lions win the Super Bowl better happen in my life or that'll just be sad. My favorite car is the 1969 Camaro Z/28. I think that's so cool that your grandparents own a DeLorean! I was just thinking about Back to the Future yesterday and how much I love that movie.
