There are close to fifty species, most of them being endangered due to hunting for their plumage, or their land being taken for other purposes. Certain tribes actually worship them and use their feathers for ceremonial clothing. That is the bird of Paradise.

Something New I Learned

ReplyDeleteI'm not sure if I'm supposed to answer this by editing the blog or by replying, but the Birds of Paradise are my favorite animals. I watched a documentary about them on Netflix and had this obsession and realized that what I learned about them could be used for this blog.
